Did you type in the wrong prescription?
Send the contact lenses or glasses back and we'll replace them. You'll just need to cover the cost of the new lenses and shipping.
Did we make a mistake on the prescription?
We guarantee 100% accuracy! We’ll replace your lenses at no charge and cover the shipping.
Did we send the wrong lenses?
We’ll give you a 100% refund and cover the shipping.
When will you see a refund on your credit card? Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for the refund to be issued.
Here’s how to ship merchandise back to us:
Contact the Customer Service Team within 14 days of the ship date at 1.855.EYECONIC (1-855-393-2664) or
info@eyeconic.com, and they will give you
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Merchandise must be received at Eyeconic within 30 days from the original ship date without any marks or scratches.
Contact lenses must be in their unopened, original packaging, and resalable.
Place the merchandise in the original Eyeconic shipping box. If you can’t, use a sturdy shipping box.
For easy tracking, please include a copy of your invoice and write the RMA on it.
